Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course

This four week course is suitable for people with little or no experience of meditation. It will provide you with all the inspiration, information and practical help you need to integrate meditation into your daily life. Practices will include: using the breath to calm the body and focus the mind, creative visualisation to enhance emotional wellbeing, and practical tools for integrating mindfulness into daily life. It will take place on the following Wednesday evenings via zoom- February 3rd 10th 24th and 3rd March 7pm - 8.30pm
